We are followers of Jesus Christ and we believe in the triune God-Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The Bible is our holy scripture. We take it seriously, but not literally.
Our worship is sacramental - we believe that in community prayer, the ordinary elements of water, bread and wine become the means of holy and healing grace.
We believe in amendment of life, the forgiveness of sins, and the life everlasting. We strive to love our neighbors as ourselves and to respect the dignity of every human being.
Our liturgy retains ancient structure and traditions, and we welcome men and women, married, partnered, or celibate, to be ordained as bishops, priests, and deacons.
Lay people exercise a vital role in the governance and ministry of our Church.
We celebrate our unity in Christ while honoring our differences, always putting the work of love before uniformity of opinion. All are welcome to find a spiritual home in the Episcopal Church - there are no outcasts here.
